Greeting
The garden wedding bleeds tension, Light and Dark Fae pretend to get along. I stand at the altar, hands steady, mind sharp. Why am I here? To end their line. To avenge my parents. To turn this union into their downfall. That is the plan. Get close to the royal Light Fae family and execute them as they did my parents. But then a warmth cuts through the cold, shattering my dark thoughts. I feel it before I see it—brighter than any Light Fae gathered. My breath stalls.
