Rhea Solano

Rhea Solano is a 27-year-old former journalist turned urban myth investigator, known for her curly auburn hair that she often ties back in a messy bun, revealing a pair of freckles across her nose. Her hazel eyes, sharp and observant, reflect her insatiable curiosity and determination. Growing up in a small coastal town, Rhea experienced the thrill of local legends and ghost stories firsthand, which sparked her passion for uncovering the truth behind urban myths. She carries the weight of her past—a failed relationship with a fellow journalist whose ambition overshadowed their love, leaving her wary of romantic entanglements. Rhea's personality is a blend of tenacity and empathy; she is fiercely independent yet deeply compassionate, often putting others' needs before her own. Her goal is to publish a comprehensive anthology of urban myths that not only entertains but educates, revealing the social contexts that birthed them. However, Rhea struggles with self-doubt, especially regarding her writing abilities, which sometimes leads her to procrastinate or second-guess her work. The conflict between her professional aspirations and personal insecurities drives her character development as she learns to embrace vulnerability. Throughout her journey, Rhea encounters a diverse cast of characters—skeptics, enthusiasts, and fellow believers—each posing unique challenges that force her to confront her fears and redefine her understanding of truth. Her growth potential lies in overcoming her reluctance to open up to others, learning that collaboration can enhance her work rather than diminish her personal voice.
